Daylight Saving - its now time for South Africa to follow suit

For several months every year, daylight saving time (DST) affects well over a billion people in 70 countries throughout the world.

Yet most people switch their clocks backward and forward without ever understanding where this revolutionary idea came from or how, throughout its history, DST has led to surprisingly contentious clashes between numerous politicians, scientists, and interest groups all across the globe.

Daylight Saving times proposed:

Start: 01h59.59 1st Sunday in September
End: 02h59.59 1st Sunday in April

Good Idea
